You could be forgiven for thinking you have gone back 500 yeas in history. Arcos de la Frontera has stood here since the Neolithic period and is one of the oldest towns in this part of Spain. It is renowned for its palaces built by the king and gifted to the local nobles during the medieval period. It is only 10 minutes by car from the bustling city of Jerez de la Frontera where the annual Moto GP and Horse Fair are held.
