"I met Lesley and Derek of Cadizcasa when they first showed me round the property we bought in Spain and then I was told that they could help out with furnishings etc.- This was just what I needed. We appreciate that owning a foreign property whilst living in the UK can cause concerns.  For a small monthly cost we provide our keyholding plus service.  This service is all inclusive.  There are no hidden extra costs as with some other agents.   This service does not just mean that we hold the keys to your house.  We carry out the following:-

regular property checks, turning water/electric on/off as required when family/friends are visiting, ensuring that plant watering systems where fitted are working properly, arranging for deliveries/tradesmen and removal of junk mail from letter boxes.  In severe weather conditions we will carry our additional emergency checks. The winter of 2009/2010 was one of the wettest for 50 years and many properties suffered ingress of water.  Our timely intervention prevented severe water damage to many properties and for those  that were affected we liaised with the original constructor or supplied one of our qualified builders to rectify any problems that were identified.Unfortunately many houses with no effective service like this were left for long periods and suffered severe damage as a result.

Cleaning

As any woman knows there is cleaning and there is cleaning.  Good cleaners are worth their weight in gold and how you clean in Spain differs from the UK.  We have different floors, different wall finishes and very different weather.  We also have a lot more little creatures who like to crawl and scamper around your house in search of a square meal.  It is therefore imperative that you have a cleaner who knows all their tricks! 

We have a large team of Spanish professional cleaning ladies standing by to make your house spic and span.  We undertake any type of cleaning work from a first clean of a new property to weekly cleaning of rental properties and private homes. 

Our ladies do all the laundry personally in their homes to ensure that it is to the highest standard for your family and guests.

Maintenance

Any small matters which we can sort out personally, we are happy to do this for our clients.  However, should you require a technician, one of our fully bilingual staff will contact the appropriate company arrange a service visit and liaise with you to get the repair made as cheaply and quickly as possible.  Where a tradesman is required we can offer you our all trades service, covering everything from making of curtains to the building of walls.  All work is carried out by trade professionals and quotes will be given in writing.
