After sales support

Cadizcasa give you a full after sales support package.  Many agents say goodbye at the Notary and you never see them again.  That  is not the case with us.  We give a one year after sales package on all our properties whether bought off plan or re-sale.

We are here to help you settle in to your new home.  If you need help with translation, perhaps you are buying furniture and you cannot understand the sales person or you want to arrange a delivery, we are here to help you.

You may want to rent out your property to bring in enough money to cover the annual bills.  We will be happy to give advice on rentability, pricing and advertising plus place your property on our website free of charge for 1 year.

Having bought you may feel that you need some more sockets in the house or would like to put a shower screen in the bathroom, we are here to help and can supply qualified tradesmen to do the work for you.

If the new house is your first step in moving permanently to Spain you will in time need to consider Residencia, purchasing a car or registering your UK car, registering with a doctor or seeking employment, we are here to help.

You may receive houshold bills and not understand them or there may be an error in the name, address etc.  We are here to help you solve the problem.
