The plots

Choice of 3 plots in one of the best areas of Chiclana, Las Galindas.  Each plot is 500M2 with permission to build villas.  The La galindas area is situated just off the main beach road to La Barrosa and is fully urbanised.  The plots are within a residential area of luxury villas about 2 kilometres from the famous beach and near to the National park, the Marismas de Sancti Petri, famous for its bird watching.    The main road also offers a regular bus service to the beach and also to the town centre.  There is a shop, bar and restaurants within a few minutes walk.  Plots of this fully urbanised type rarely come on the market.

The area

Las Galindas is a little known area near to Mogarizas and Cerro Molinos between the main town of Chiclana and the beach area of La barrosa, one of the most famous in the Costa de la Luz and indeed Spain.   La barrosa beach stretches for miles and the northern end there is the sporting marina of Sancti Petri.  This is not to be confused nwith Novo Sancti Petri, the purpose built luxury hotel and golf resort towrds the southern end of the beach.  Only a few minutes by car, there is a large selection of bars, shops and restaurants to be found to suit every tatse.
