Cadizcasa the popular Costa de la Luz Estate and Rental Agent have issued their first Newsletter.  Lesley McEwan, MD at Cadizcasa said “we wanted to give our clients  a regular update on what we are doing in the property market and some interesting and hopefully useful information about the Costa de la Luz and Spain in particular.  We are an agent who is always on the move, we very involved in the local property scene and not a week goes by that we do not have something interesting to tell both existing and new clients so we thought a Newsletter would be a good updating medium.
It is no secret that the property market in Spain is not as healthy as we would wish but there are several glimmers of light at the end of the tunnel which will improve things such as the Cross Border Conveyancing Scheme which I wrote about in this Newsletter.  Our aim is also to provide interesting and hopefully useful articles from other contributors.  This month we had excellent guest articles from David Vila at the Foremost Currency Group on what the currency markets are up to, a very detailed piece by Stephen Daly on Bird Migration through the Straits of Gibraltar and a lovely article from Andrew Bickerton on Spanish wines.  The feedback has been quite overwhelming and we are thoroughly looking forward to our next Newsletter in December.  The guest writers are a big secret but I think they will delight our readers as much as those who contributed to our first edition.
