Very spacious traditional Spanish town house property with lots of outside space, close to the town centre. It comprises large covered front porch leading to entrance hallway and lounge. Off the lounge there is a large room, currently used as an office which would make an ideal 4th. bedroom, shower room and toilet, kitchen with utility room and separate dining room. The dining room has French doors onto a courtyard/garage. Steps from there go to a huge private roof terrace of around 60M2 and a further solarium with solar panels. On the ground floor and with a separate entrance is another room, currently used an an office. It would be a relatively easy matter to convert this to a fifth bedroom.
Calle Sandia is in the area known as Pago San Jose and is just a few minutes drive to the town centre of Jerez. There are lots of shops and bars within easy walking distance. Jerez de la Frontera is most famous for its sherry trade. Originally established in the 18th century when it traded largely with the UK, the vast income from this trade has made it one of the wealthiest cities in Andalucia. This wealth is quite apparent in the proportions of the City with its wide tree lined boulevards, open park areas and plazas which give an air of elegance and sophistication. Many of the original sherry houses still exist and trade in Jerez. We have Tio Pepe, Sandemans, Harveys and Garvey to name but a few. The original Bodega buildings are architectural dreams and many of the sherry bodegas offer visitor tours with tastings and rent out parts of their bodegas for parties and weddings. Many of the original sherry houses still exist and trade in Jerez. Founded to promote and protect horse breading in Andalucia and to train the famous dancing horses. The Andalucian School of Equestrian Arte is one of the three world centres for training the dancing horses. Famous for their stunning exhibitions of both dancing and carriage handling the school is a fun day for all ages. Also of interest is the carriage museum which lies behind the horse school.
