The House

The perfect property  to enjoy a slice of  'the good life' and get away from it all.    This lovely  villa enjoys a very peaceful  location in the rural La Raya area on the outskirts of Chiclana and is totally self suffiecient in water and  electric, generated by solar panels hidden from sight on the roof, with a back up diesel generator.   The property comprises entrance hallway, spacious lounge/dining room with log burner,  3 double bedrooms, en suite bathroom, family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen.  The large but easily maintained gardens are laid out with flowers and herbs with   a swimming pool and pergola at the rear.   

House Location

La Raya is situated to the east of Chiclana comprises farmland and residential villas. The area and properties are accessed/serviced by country lanes and this property is at the end of one of these, thus ensuring peace and quiet.

The nearest bar is about 5 minutes by car with a further selection in the village of Pago del Humo. ano Chiclana, the main town is about 5 minutes by car and the famous La Barrosa beach is about 20 minutes.

    To make a confirmed booking we require 20% of the total rental sum. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque in sterling or euro. For sterling transfers only you must add 6 pounds to cover bank charges in Spain. The final payment for the property is due 1 month before entry. Payments in cash on arrival are accepted but only with a reservation deposit of 40% paid by bank transfer. Please note that cheques are only acceptable if there is a minimum 6 week clearing period prior to your entry date. We require you to acknowledge receipt and agreement of our terms and conditions in writing. Entry between 1 and 6pm. Departures at 10am.
