The apartment

4 communal pools. This first floor apartment is less than 2 kilometres from the beautiful long sandy beach of La Barrosa and consists of a lounge/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen and a separated sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet. At La Barrosa there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, a bank and cash machines. Additionally there are three supermarkets a 5 minute drive from the apartment. A few metres away is a commercial centre which includes cafés, bars, shops and a dvd rental. Across the road is a very well-maintained park with a children’s playground and interesting plants. The beautifully landscaped apartment grounds contain 2 adult and 2 children’s supervised swimming pools, and there is off-street parking outside. The pool season is 15 June - 15 September.

Apartment location

Under 2 kilometres from La Barrosa beach, this apartment is ideally situated for all sorts of activities, whether you wish to swim in the sea and lie on the blue flag beaches nearby, lounge by the pool, visit the historic sites of Cadiz, go fishing or enjoy water sports at Sancti Petri. For bird watching enthusiasts there is also the beautiful salt marshes (Salinas de Chiclana) at Sancti Petri where you can see many different species, including flamingos, from purpose built viewing stations, and you can also take a ferry to the protected habitat of Donana National Park. You can have a day trip to the beautiful cities of Jerez and Seville, visit the pueblos blancos including Vejer de la Frontera and Arcos de la Frontera, or travel down to Tarifa and Algeciras and take the ferry across to Morrocco. The beautiful coastline in this part of the Costa de la Luz boasts stunning beaches and you can choose a different one every day if you wish, including Sancti Petri, La Barrosa, Roche, Conil, El Palmar, Trafalgar and Tarifa.

Booking notes

To make a confirmed booking we require 20% of the total rental sum. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque in sterling or euro. For sterling transfers only you must add 6 pounds to cover bank charges in Spain. The final payment for the property is due 1 month before entry. Payments in cash on arrival are accepted but only with a reservation deposit of 40% paid by bank transfer. Please note that cheques are only acceptable if there is a minimum 6 week clearing period prior to your entry date. We require you to acknowledge receipt and agreement of our terms and conditions in writing. Entry between 1 and 6pm. Departures at 10am.
