Beautifully presented and maintained with its own swimming pool. Casita Limonares is set within lovely landscaped gardens with private entrance and secure off road parking. It comprises large double bedroom with luxury en suite bathroom, comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen/dining area. It has both Spanish and UK satellite TV. There is lots of outside space, both sunny and shaded with BBQ and patio furniture.

House location

Located just off the main road of El Marquesado, on the outskirts of Chiclana, the 'casita' enjoys a very peaceful outlook yet is only just over 3 kilometres from the bustling town centre. The 'casita' is ideally placed to enjoy some peace and quite or to explore the varied towns and countryside of the Cadiz province. The fantastic beach at La Barrosa, one of the most popular on the Costa de la Luz, is about 20 minutes by car, as is the capital of the province. If you do not want to drive, there is a regular bus service to the town. Alternatively take the bus to nearby San Fernando railway station where you can catch a train to Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and beyond.

Booking notes

To make a confirmed booking we require 20% of the total rental sum. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque in sterling or euro. For sterling transfers only you must add 6 pounds to cover bank charges in Spain. The final payment for the property is due 1 month before entry. Payments in cash on arrival are accepted but only with a reservation deposit of 40% paid by bank transfer. Please note that cheques are only acceptable if there is a minimum 6 week clearing period prior to your entry date. We require you to acknowledge receipt and agreement of our terms and conditions in writing. Entry between 1 and 6pm. Departures at 10am.
